Laura M.

Hi, my order was supposed to arrive today and it still hasn't shown up

What CORI AI does in your systems

  1. Identifies the customer by phone number11:48:07 PM

Laura M., 3 orders this year

  2. Finds the order in your ERP11:48:09 PM

    Order 10482, shipped on Tuesday

  3. Checks the carrier's tracking11:48:11 PM

At the local hub, delivery tomorrow

  4. Logs the case and alerts logistics11:48:14 PM

    Case 2291, assigned to logistics

CORI AI agent

Hi Laura. Order 10482 is at our local hub and will be delivered tomorrow before noon. I've flagged it with our logistics team and I'll message you as soon as it's out for delivery.

Resolved in 8 seconds, with no one on shift.

Where the time goes in a business that grew

  • Last night's messages get answered at 10 a.m.

By then, the customer has already written to your competitor.

  • Someone copies data from chats into your system, every single day.

Hours that don't move the business, and errors that end up on the invoice.

  • The same five questions take up half of your team's day.

Do you have availability? How much do I owe? Has my order shipped?

What we automate

Five kinds of work, one principle: the agent doesn't just talk. It acts in your systems and keeps a record of everything.

  • Chat agents

Answer, book and follow up in your website chat and in messaging apps.

    Example: Dental clinic

A patient writes: “Do you have a cleaning appointment this week?”

Automatic reminder 24 hours before. Fewer no-shows.

  • Voice agents

Pick up calls with a natural voice, introduce themselves as a virtual assistant and resolve them. No “press 1” menus.

    Example: Property management

A tenant calls: “There's a leak under my kitchen sink.”

The tenant gets a text confirmation. Your team only sees the summary.

  • System integrations

Your tools talk to each other and nobody copies data by hand.

    Example: Distributor

An order comes in through chat

From message to dispatch without retyping anything.

  • Process automation

Reports, collections and reconciliations run on their own, on time.

    Example: Accounts receivable

    Every Monday at 7:00 a.m.

Management only sees accounts more than 60 days overdue.

  • Custom AI

For the processes that don't fit any off-the-shelf tool.

    Example: Accounts payable

A supplier invoice lands in your inbox

Discrepancies are flagged for human review.

Growth on autopilot

The same engineering that serves your customers also brings them back: campaigns triggered from your CRM, and on-brand content made with generative AI that goes live with your approval.

Automated campaigns

Messages that go out at the right moment, based on what happens in your CRM.

  • Win back inactive customers on WhatsApp
  • Automatic follow-up with every lead until they reply
  • Appointment reminders with confirmation in the same chat
  • Promotions segmented by purchase history
  • Review requests after every service
  • Nurturing sequences connected to your CRM

They only message people who opted in, on the channels they chose and at the times the law allows.

What you measure: customers won back, appointments recovered and leads that don't go cold.

Content on autopilot

Reels, short videos and carousels made with generative AI on your brand's templates.

How it works

  1. Fixed brand templates

Colors, typography and tone are defined once.

  2. AI generation

Every week, drafts of reels, videos and carousels are produced.

  3. Human approval

Someone on your team reviews and approves every piece before it's published.

  4. Scheduled publishing

It goes out on the agreed date and time.

Nothing is published without human approval.

What you measure: consistent content every week, without hiring a community manager.

What you can expect

  • 24/7

Coverage with no night-shift or holiday staffing costs.

  • 3–6weeks

Estimated time from discovery call to first workflow in production.

  • 1dashboard

A voice agent on a service company's support line

The starting point

A support line that gets the same calls every day: appointment changes, account balances, service status. After hours nobody answers, and at peak times the wait drives customers away.

The solution

A voice agent on that line, connected to the CRM, billing and the scheduling system. It identifies the caller, checks their account in real time, and resolves or books without human intervention.

How operations change

The line answers 24/7. The agent introduces itself as a virtual assistant and lets callers know the call is recorded; every call is transcribed and summarized, and the team only receives the cases that need a person.

Flow: an incoming call reaches the CORI AI voice agent, which checks the CRM, billing and scheduling systems, and ends in one of three outcomes: resolved during the call, appointment booked, or transferred to a person with a summary.

How we work

A first workflow in production in an estimated 3 to 6 weeks. We start small, measure, and build on what works.

  1. Step 1: Discovery

    45 minutes, free

We review how your customer service or operation works today and where the time goes. You leave with a map of the process and a concrete proposal.

  2. Step 2: Design

    About 1 week

We define what the agent does, what it doesn't, which systems it touches and when it hands off to a person. You approve it before we build.

  3. Step 3: Build

    About 2 to 4 weeks

We build, connect and test with real cases from your business. We roll out in stages: one channel or one time slot first.

  4. Step 4: Operate

    Month to month

We review conversations, measure results and adjust. You see on a dashboard what the agent resolved and what it escalated.

Works with the tools you already use

No need to switch systems. If it has an API, we connect it. If it doesn't, we find another way.

What people ask us before getting started

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It hands the conversation to someone on your team with a summary of what was discussed, so the customer never has to repeat themselves. We define those limits together during the design stage.

Will the agent replace my team?

It takes the repetitive volume so your team can spend its time on the cases that need judgment: complex sales, upset customers, exceptions.

What happens to my customers' data?

Your data stays in your systems. The agent only accesses what it needs for each task, and we sign a confidentiality agreement.

How much does it cost?

There's a one-time implementation fee per project and a monthly fee that covers operation, monitoring and adjustments. It depends on volume and on how many systems we connect. At the end of the discovery call you get a concrete number.

How long until it's up and running?

A first workflow is usually in production 3 to 6 weeks after discovery. We start with one channel or one process and expand when the results justify it.

Do I have to change my software?

No. We work on top of the tools you already use. If one of them can't be integrated, we tell you during discovery, before you invest.

Tell us which process takes up most of your time

In the discovery call we review that process and tell you what can be automated, what it costs and how long it takes. If it isn't worth automating, we'll tell you that too.

We usually reply within 24 business hours.
